Sharing the Gospel. Serving with Love. Transforming Lives in Tanzania.

In the Shinyanga Region of Tanzania, 2.2 million people hunger for hope. Seed Time Harvest is there — planting seeds of faith, healing bodies, educating children, and raising up disciples.

One Woman's ‘YesË®. Godʼs Extraordinary Harvest.

In 2020, God called Cheryl Kruckemeyer to serve in Tanzania—a calling she had never anticipated. Bringing more than 40 years of executive and healthcare leadership, she stepped into the Shinyanga Region, trusting that God would lead each step. What began with one obedient "yes" has become a testimony to God's abundant grace. Through His provision, a church has been planted, a trusted dispensary has been strengthened, lives have been touched through the Gospel, and a growing community of believers now worships together in faith and hope.

Today, God is opening another door. Through Seed Time Harvest, plans are

underway to build a Christ-centered polyclinic that will provide compassionate,

quality healthcare while sharing the hope found only in Jesus Christ. Every patient will be cared for in body, mind, and spirit. Our work is rooted in God's promise:

"Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." — Galatians 6:9

Built on Christ. Expressed Through Four

Cornerstones.

Christian Compassion

Faith expresses itself through love. Whether providing prosthetic limbs, helping children receive corrective surgeries, assisting families in crisis, or responding to urgent community needs, we seek to reflect Christ's compassion through practical acts of mercy. Every act of service opens another opportunity to share His hope.

Discipleship

As people encounter the love of Christ through worship, education, healthcare, and compassionate service, they are invited to grow in faith and become leaders within their own communities. In 2025, Tree of Life Lutheran Church celebrated the installation of its first resident Tanzanian pastor.

Education

Education opens doors to opportunity while creating meaningful relationships through which the Gospel can be shared. Through school partnerships, student mentoring, basketball ministry, and discipleship programs, more than 350 young people have experienced both practical encouragement and the hope found in Christ.

Healthcare

Quality healthcare is a powerful expression of Christian compassion. Seed Time Harvest partners with the Shinyanga Lutheran Dispensary while working toward the construction of a Christ-centered polyclinic that will bring accessible,

compassionate medical care to a region of more than 2.2 million people. Every patient is treated with dignity because every life is precious to God.

For more than 2.2 million people living throughout Tanzania's Shinyanga Region, access to quality healthcare is often limited by distance, overcrowded facilities, and a shortage of specialized medical services. When illness or injury strikes, families are frequently forced to travel long distances, endure lengthy delays, or simply go without the care they desperately need.

For an expectant mother experiencing complications during childbirth, every minute matters. For a child with a treatable illness or injury, delayed care can change the course of a lifetime. For many families, the choice is heartbreaking: seek medical treatment they can scarcely afford or continue suffering without it. God has opened the door for a different future. Through Seed Time Harvest, a vision is becoming reality—a Christ-centered, multi- phase polyclinic designed to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare while sharing the hope of Jesus Christ with every person who enters its doors.

Planning for Phase I is underway, and construction is expected to begin in 2026. As each phase is completed, the polyclinic will grow to meet the increasing healthcare needs of the Shinyanga Region for generations to come. We believe this is more than a building project. It is an opportunity to transform lives, strengthen families, support local churches, and demonstrate the healing compassion of Jesus Christ in one of Tanzania's most underserved regions.

you.'" — Luke 10:9

Our Mission & Vision

MISSION

Glorifying God and sharing the Gospel through good works and service to the people of Tanzania.

VISION

To see hearts and bodies restored through Christ's healing, and every life anchored in the everlasting hope of His Word and Spirit.

"And the Lord answered me: 'Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it. For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end — it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.'"

— Habakkuk 2:2–3 (ESV)

Our Statement of Faith

At Seed Time Harvest, our mission is rooted in the unchanging truth of God's Word. While we come from different backgrounds and experiences, we are united by the historic Christian faith that has been faithfully proclaimed by believers for nearly two thousand years.

The Apostles' Creed is one of the oldest and most widely accepted summaries of that faith. Though it was not written by the apostles themselves, it faithfully reflects the teachings they received from Jesus Christ and proclaimed throughout the world. For centuries, Christians have confessed these words together as a testimony of their belief in the Triune God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — and in the saving work of Jesus Christ.

By including the Apostles' Creed, we are not adding to Scripture, but joyfully affirming the biblical truths upon which our ministry is founded. It is a declaration of the faith we proclaim, the hope we share, and the Savior we serve.

Whether worshipping beneath a baobab tree in Tanzania or gathering in churches and homes around the world, we stand together with believers across generations in confessing:

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth.

And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended into hell. The third day He rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty. From thence He will come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Christian church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
